The Senior Revenue Growth Manager is responsible for championing and optimizing the utilization and effectiveness of trade spending across the U.S. CPG customer base. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the deployment of CPG Revenue Growth strategies that deliver profitable net price realization. Duties include refining our Pricing Architecture, performing Post Promotion Analysis, and leading Promotion and Strategic Funding shifts. The scope of responsibility includes supporting Sales Operations & Field Management in multiple classes of trade within the categories in which Krusteaz competes. This role supports profitable growth by developing opportunities to optimize and balance trade spend investments with a fair and equitable approach across customers.

All positions are eligible for additional incentives based on business performance.

- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Sales Leadership on pricing support, as well as to ensure our trade segmentation and pricing strategy approach will deliver on company sales and profit objectives.
- Work with Marketing, Finance, and Sales Leadership to develop annual corporate pricing and promotion guardrails and go-to-market strategy (Krusteaz Merchandising, Assortment, Pricing, and Shelving - MAPS.) Incorporate past year performance and changes to strategy to inform MAPS.
- Conduct post event analysis to help the sales team evaluate their promotional strategies and share best-practices across teams for "win-win" optimization.
- Support & inform trade promotion analysis and planning process. Work with Field Sales & Trade Management teams monthly to lead a review of promotional investment and develop plans that fit within business strategy and maximize effectiveness within key customer strategies.
- Identify and drive margin enhancement opportunities through trade efficiency and pricing strategies.
- Support development of a pricing strategy for new items, price value realization of existing items, and customer-specific everyday pricing.
- Leverage post-promotion analysis and pre-promotion planning tools to evaluate and refine incremental funding opportunities from field sales for corporate approvals with Finance, Marketing, and Sales Leadership.
- Provide input and support to the Annual Planning & Strategy Development Process.
- Update the customer segmentation model for trade allocation and target setting - optimize model as needed.

- Strong collaboration skills to inform and influence senior Marketing, Sales, and Finance leaders.
- Ability to build advanced analytic models and reporting capabilities.
- Flexibility to integrate analytics with knowledge of individual customer go-to-market strategies and limitations to develop achievable "win/win" strategies with field sales team.
- Advanced ability to independently create and manipulate data in Microsoft Excel and create clear presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated sales and/or analytical experience managing multiple priorities.
- Creative problem solving.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Power BI experience a plus.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- 5-8+ years of relevant CPG business analytics experience.
- Consumer Goods experience with a focus on Sales Analytics & Field Sales experience.
- Trade Marketing or Revenue Growth Management is preferable.
- Solid experience in sales fundamentals including understanding of how customers utilize and spend trade dollars, cross channel implications and effects of pricing architecture, the relationships between direct and indirect buying customers through distributors and wholesalers, and customer and company sales P&L structures.
- Experience with syndicated data (Circana/Nielsen) and financial data with a minimum of two years functional application.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional partners to drive business results.
