We are looking for a Sr. Associate Brand Manager, Snack to join the team! This position will play a key role in building and expanding the snack business at The Krusteaz Company. This individual deliver strategic initiatives, including business and marketplace analytics, annual planning, marketing communication, product development as well as P&L/Budget management. This person will work closely with cross functional tams (R&D, Sales, Finance, Operations) to deliver key brand initiatives. This person will be a leader who identifies opportunities for growth while running projects to bring initiatives to life.

Specific vision abilities include close vision requirements due to computer work. Ability to effectively communicate and work in a dynamic environment.

- Deliver overall business goals for WildRoots and Buck Wild brands, including P&L targets (top and bottom line), competitive marketplace performance and brand health measures.
- Analyze consumer, market, & retailer trends via POS data (e.g., IRI), consumer research, and secondary sources to identify key insights and translate them into strategies and recommendations to grow the business.
- Perform ongoing portfolio and marketplace analysis to generate product innovation ideas, serve as business lead in new product development process ensuring that products deliver on strategic insights and objectives and align to go to market strategy and timing.
- Make recommendations and/or decisions related to products, pricing to ensure delivery of business results and longer-term brand growth.
- Assist Sr. Brand Manager in building and managing the P&L and annual plan to meet financial goals.
- Assist Sr. Brand Manager in development, planning and execution of annual marketing plans including definition of brand and marketing objectives, may own delivery of specific strategies to drive business results.
- Partner with Sales Team to create effective sell stories to gain strong trade support and product distribution using relevant category and consumer data.
- Demonstrate team leadership, working with cross functional teams such as R&D, Operations, Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Consumer Insights to deliver business results.

- Exceptional analytical skills, experience turning insights and analysis into actionable strategies.
- Clear demonstration of project management, organizational, communication, interpersonal skills - influencing, resolving conflict, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop working relationships with The Krusteaz Company internal employees and external vendors including sales team, advertising agencies, packaging designers, research vendors, etc.
- Flexible and able to handle changing environment and priorities.
- Proven leadership and exceptional communication skills (written, verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, with an emphasis on PowerPoint and high proficiency in Excel.
- Experience using and analyzing syndicated data (IRI/Circana).
- Experience in analyzing financial data.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar fields required.
- MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years relevant Marketing and/or innovation experience.
- The ideal candidate will have experience at a top-tier consumer packaged goods company.
- Proven success with brand building levers (advertising, digital, shopper marketing).

Salary Information:
- An employee in this position can expect a salary range between $97,833 and $161,413. We typically pay between $110,000 and $140,000. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including internal equity, experience, education, certification, training, and location. All positions are eligible for additional incentives based on business performance.
