The Krusteaz Company looking for a Sr. Associate Brand Manager who has passion for innovation, analytics, connecting the strategic dots, and bringing new ideas to life! This role will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment where entrepreneurial thinking is rewarded.
Responsibilities include: supporting the Annual Innovation process; leading new product proposition development across different categories. Requires the ability to identify opportunities, translate them into attractive, brand-building business propositions, and usher them to product launches.

DISCOVERY: Identify strategic category, brand, or channel opportunities that expand portfolio
DEFINE PROPOSITION: Identify assumptions and needs to build insight-driven propositions
CREATE GROWTH: Utilize The Krusteaz Company stage-gates to commercialization and get launch-ready
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone along with reaching. Specific vision abilities include close vision requirements due to computer work. Moderate noise, ability to work in a confined area, and ability to sit at a computer for an extended period of time are also included.

Hybrid Work Model: At The Krusteaz Company, we have in-office "core days" of Tuesdays and Wednesdays where all corporate employees are expected to be onsite. Monday, Thursdays, and Fridays are flexible remote days to allow for work/life balance. You may be asked to come in outside of a core day from time to time, based on business needs. Salary Information:
An employee in this position can expect a salary range between $97,833 and $161,413. We typically pay between $110,000 and $140,000. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including internal equity, experience, education, certification, training, and location. All positions are eligible for additional incentives based on business performance.

- Mine market, competitive, & trends landscape to identify consumer / channel insights.
- Weave insights & market information to uncover strategically-aligned opportunities
- Influence evolution of new product pipeline aligned to company's strategic priorities
- Be entrepreneurial & responsive. Comfort using incomplete data to inform recommendations.
DEFINE PROPOSITION: Identify assumptions and needs to build insight-driven propositions
- Develop business platform propositions to enable delivery of annual and strategic plan sales and profitability objectives.
- Influence and assess funnel and pipeline health
- Lead category and business case development. Analyze data and information from a wide variety of sources to develop effective business building plans; including trade promotional analysis and competitive analysis
- Create responsive learning plans to validate, assess and prepare platform projects for commercialization in partnership with functional experts and cross-division partners, like as Project Management Office, R&D, Operations, Finance, Sales, Consumer Insights, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
CREATE GROWTH: Utilize The Krusteaz Company stage-gates to commercialization and get launch-ready
- Define product guardrails to deliver insight-driven product
- Define key product messages for packaging graphics with Brand team
- Develop trade & support plans, distribution assumptions & selling materials with Brand & Sales, to meet revenue & profitability targets
- Enable effective supply chain to deliver outstanding customer service
- Identify key assumptions to drive profitable opportunities. Comfort with budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, data analysis to development new products.
- Develop, recommend, align stakeholders to pipeline recommendations.
