Essential Functions:

Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time.

  • Performs job with a "Lead with Safety" mindset, adhering to all Human Safety, Food Safety, and GMP requirements
  • Operates a forklift truck following all safety protocols.
  • Collaborates with warehouse co-workers to ensure all warehouse tasks are performed in a safe and timely manner.
  • Maintains a strict "first produced, first used" policy on all packaging materials and ingredients.
  • Performs daily and monthly sanitation of warehouse area and maintains sanitation log.
  • Responsible for adherence to all Quality Assurance programs under the direction of the Supply Chain & QA Leader.
  • Responsible for all activities related to receiving incoming freight and shipping outbound finished goods.
  • Ensures documentation and work completed in the warehouse meets all requirements of Process Quality, Compliance Quality, Food Safety Programs, and HSE.
  • Stock production lines and returns finished goods to inventory.
  • Implements, maintains, and performs self-audits on sanitation systems to assure ongoing full compliance to all applicable Federal, State, Local and Corporate regulations.
  • Takes preventive action where needed to protect any product in the facility from contamination or adulteration.
  • Organizes all materials in the warehouse on an ongoing basis and for the plant's physical inventory.
  • Performs quality inspections for all inbound ingredients and packaging materials and outbound equipment according to established procedures.
  • Able to work either 1st or 2nd shift in order to fulfill business and production schedule needs
  • Performs relief packaging operator duties when additional labor is needed on the production line
  • Trained to perform all duties in both MAN and MNL warehouses
  • Provides assistance in training employees as changes or new methods arise.
  • Completes other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  • Consistently maintain an acceptable level of attendance
