This position will serve as the strategic and tactical leader for the Manufacturing functional area. The Vice President of Manufacturing will have primary responsibility to deliver balanced operating results (growth, cost, quality, service, and safety), build increased capability in both the people and technical assets, and integrating needs of all other CM functions that interface with the plants.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone along with reaching. Specific vision abilities include close vision requirements due to computer work. Moderate noise, ability to work in a confined area, and ability to sit at a computer for an extended period of time are also included.

- Provides Manufacturing and Engineering leadership in support and alignment with company goals and initiatives. Understands company and business priorities and assures the proper resources and assets are available to support each initiative.
- Responsible for establishing goals, metrics and action plans to achieve Manufacturing results in support of overall company profitability and growth. Delivers on these goals.
- Provides leadership and coordination for Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) to significantly improve operating results.
- Provides support for intermediate and long-term plant capacity planning and execution in alignment with/in anticipation of company growth and acquisition plans.
- Ensures strong Manufacturing representation on one or more of the Strategic Business Teams.
- Develops and maintains strong alignment with significant cross functional initiatives including but not limited to acquisition activity, co-pack strategies, quality systems improvements, growth plans, cost reduction, organizational development, and external benchmarking. Leads cross functional teams in support of significant initiatives as appropriate.
- Serves as a positive change agent within the organization and a role model of The Krusteaz Company's core values.
- Builds individual and team capabilities within and across the Operations organization.

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related program. Master's degree preferred. Or, equivalent experience/training.
- Food industry experience preferred
- Proven experience developing high performing teams that objectively contributed to achieving bottom line company results
- 15 years of experience in leadership positions requiring strategic thinking and increasing levels of accountability.
- 15 years of experience in senior management and leadership positions

Salary Information:
- An employee in this position can expect a salary range between $221,450 and $365,365. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including internal equity, experience, education, certification, training, and location. All positions are eligible for additional incentives based on business performance.
